Participation in the network as an affiliate is governed separately by the Affiliate Terms; advertisers are governed by an insertion order or advertiser agreement. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, they control for network activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
3. Accounts and applications
Applications must be accurate and complete. We may approve, decline, suspend, or close any application or account at our discretion, including for inaccurate information or activity that violates our terms or the law. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to send unsolicited messages, scrape data, probe or overload our systems, or interfere with other users.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Heist LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Liability for network activity is governed by the applicable network agreement.
